  1. ADDENDUM – GIBED EVENTS APP

11.1 Purpose of the Application
The Gibed Events App supports the organisation and experience of Gibed events, including registration, communication, event information and networking functionalities.

11.2 Personal Data Processed via the App
This may include:

  • Contact data (email, phone number)
  • Professional data (company, job title)
  • Event-related data (registration, attendance, session selection)
  • Voluntarily added profile data
  • Technical data (IP address, device type, usage logs)

  • Event organisation and follow-up
  • Participant visibility within the event environment
